The series of products is mainly composed of corundum,spinel,magnesia, superfine alumina. The raw materials has very good shape casting for as low as 0.15% linear dimension chage. This materials is very stable in manufacturing in terms of water contention rate, demold. Based on the customized size and shape we are able to develop the mold metallic parts for certain projects. These are mainly used for ladle edge and bottom, furnace, or any other particle application.
Alumina Spinel Ladle Castables
This products is mainly composed of corundum,spinel,magnesia,superfine alumina. The materials provide raw material adhesive energy and the particle size grade meet with most refractory materials uses. This materials can be used as ramming, ladle wall repairing, particles fillers and other unshaped article manufacturing.
